      SHIPPING 

      Shipping policy -Supplements can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States

      Please note the following:

      All Orders are Processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. They will be Shipped through USPS or UPS 

      UPS deliveries occur Monday-Friday and USPS deliveries occur Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.

      UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

      Shipping rates will be based upon delivery distance and weight of the package being shipped.

      Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout.

      Orders are shipped as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is 1-3 business day for all items that are in stock

      Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

      All in state shipments will be charged sales tax depending on the state which order was purchased. 

      SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS

      We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information.

       

      RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

      RETURN POLICY Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. 

      To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 
      The product was purchased within the last 15 days. 
      The product is unopened, in its original packaging. 

      You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from Altitudelabz.com. 

      Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

      SALE ITEMS
      Unfortunately items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded. 

       

      DAMAGED ITEMS
      Stuff happens, and if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.

      Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.
